The C150 features two 5 1/2″ mid-range drivers that are tuned to deliver superior dialogue. Crafted from aerospace technology, the Ceramic-Coated Aluminium Magnesium (C-CAM) material is utilised to reduce distortion and create a clear, natural sound. The two drivers employ exceptional dispersion that will fill the room, perfect no matter what genre you’re watching. The sealed cabinet design also allows for a tighter and more controlled bass more suitable for integration into a larger surround sound system.
The 25mm C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter is capable of crisp high-frequency sound that will elevate the range more commonly associated with human voice, a step up for dialogue-heavy movies or a fuller soundscape. The UD (Uniform Dispersion) waveguide helps to stabilise tonal balance and a lower crossover frequency for an immersive output. Fitted with a hexagonal acoustically transparent grille, the Bronze C150 has a delightful visual appeal, released in four distinct colour variations. The MDF cabinet also features internal bracing to reduce any unwanted vibrations, allowing for greater sound accuracy, assisted further by the internal high-conductivity Pureflow silver-plated oxygen-free copper cabling. The C150 is also equipped with gold-plated bi-wire terminals to provide reliable signal transmission and seamless integration into your home cinema system.
