Offering 4 x Analogue Line Level inputs, The PRE pre-amp enables varied connectivity options for your HiFi separates. The 2 x Coaxial digital inputs, 2 x Optical inputs, and 1 USB input will transmit brilliant audio signals and optimise your music. The PRE Pre-amplifier is equipped with a 74VA toroidal power transformer that generates power to a high-capacity power supply reserve. Enjoy your vinyl records with the Phono MM input that offers dual active stages and passive RIAA equalisation that can be enjoyed more intimately with the 3.5mm headphone jack. The balanced XLR inputs and unbalanced inputs will be on hand to bring your irresistible audio.
The seamless design includes a 74VA toroidal power transformer and a PSX-R input, so you can enhance the sound quality. The Classic pre-amplifier can achieve a frequency response from D.C to over 50kHz which allows for minimal phase shift and detailed audio. With a THD rate of less than 1% this Cyrus pre-amplifier also generates a distortion-free sound.
Supplying a Phono MM input, the pre-amplifier connects effortlessly to your record turntable, providing dual-active gain settings and passive RIAA equalisation. The digital input section offers the award-winning QXR DAC with 2 x Coaxial digital inputs and 2 x Optical digital inputs, and a USB port, allowing for an immersive listening experience. The Cyrus Classic Preamplifier is harnessed with true balanced outputs via XLR connectors and unbalanced outputs, allowing you to connect to more audio products.
The Cyrus Classic Preamplifier provides relay input selection that offers 4 x Analogue line level inputs so you build an engrossing HiFi system with a variety of audio separates. The precision gain control volume will refine the amplifier’s input stage to accept the voltage level and supply brilliant sounds. The fixed/recording output will further improve the audio signal, with a 3.5mm headphone output offering a more detailed, personal listening experience.
The Classic PRE includes a port for the PSX-R2 power supply. Power from the PSX-R2 is routed internally to the analogue stages of the preamplifier to provide a more stable, low-noise power supply for the analogue preamp and post-DAC stages of the D/A converter.
