Hegel H95 Integrated Amplifier
The Hegel H95 Integrated Amplifier is their entry-level integrated amplifier, delivering the renowned Hegel sound with enough power to effortlessly drive even demanding loudspeakers – all in a well-rounded package at an attractive price point. With its high-quality built-in DAC, you can easily connect your favourite digital sources, whether it’s a CD transport, streamer, or TV. Once on your network, the H95 also offers seamless streaming via Apple AirPlay, UPnP, and Spotify Connect. Its clean design and modest-looking specs may seem understated at first, but the H95 consistently surprises listeners. Its performance speaks louder than any specification sheet.

Smart Inside, Simple Outside
Connectivity and upgradability matter, but the real intelligence of the H95 lies within. Since most media today is digital, Hegel equipped it with a top-tier Digital-to-Analog Converter designed entirely in-house. By taking full control of the digital data stream – using the same design principles found in their reference products – they ensure music is delivered in its purest form. The result is a blissfully natural sound, free from unwanted artifacts, that invites you to turn up the volume.

Technical Authority, Natural Sound
Add to that Hegel’s patented SoundEngine2 technology, and the experience becomes truly spectacular. SoundEngine2 reduces signal distortion to extremely low levels, ensuring deep immersion in music or movies. It also delivers astonishing bass control thanks to an exceptionally high damping factor – up to 20 times the industry average. This gives the H95 a dynamic, agile, and powerful low-end response, proving that 60 watts of output power is more than enough to drive even challenging speakers with confidence.

Integration Made Easy
The Hegel H95 Integrated Amplifier is built to integrate seamlessly into your system. All inputs can be configured as fixed-level, making it easy to use in a home theatre or multi-room setup. There’s also a high-quality headphone output, a variable pre-out for connecting a subwoofer or external equipment, and a sleek OLED display. Connecting a TV couldn’t be easier thanks to our TV remote functionality, which lets you control volume directly from your TV remote. You can also set a fixed maximum volume to stay within safe limits.

Future-Ready Hi-Fi
With Hegel’s signature design, rich sound quality, flexible inputs, and wide-ranging playback options, the H95 is the perfect central engine for your system – designed not just for today, but for whatever you add tomorrow. That is intelligence.
About Hegel Audio

Hegel Audio is a high-end audio equipment manufacturer based in Norway, renowned for its exceptional sound quality, minimalist design, and innovative engineering. With a focus on delivering an uncoloured, dynamic, and emotionally engaging listening experience, Hegel has earned a strong reputation among audiophiles and music lovers worldwide. The company blends advanced engineering with minimalist Scandinavian design, resulting in equipment that emphasises both form and function. Hegel’s philosophy centres on transparency and neutrality, aiming to bring listeners as close as possible to the original recording without adding character or colouration to the sound.
Hegel Audio was founded in 1988 by Bent Holter while he was studying at the Technical University in Trondheim, Norway. Frustrated by the distortion common in audio electronics at the time, Holter focused his thesis on eliminating harmonic distortion in solid-state amplifiers. This academic pursuit laid the foundation for what would become Hegel Audio. The company’s name was inspired by “The Hegel Band,” a rock metal group Holter played in during his spare time—he often built amplifiers for the band’s performances himself. As his ideas evolved, so did the need for extensive time and investment to refine the underlying technology.
All of Hegel’s products are designed in-house in Norway, incorporating advanced technologies rarely found in consumer audio gear. Drawing from fields such as semiconductor design, high-frequency and telecommunications engineering, and scientific research, Hegel crafts systems that offer exceptionally accurate and natural sound reproduction.
